Order Processing
Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipment. We reserve the right to cancel or delay any order that cannot be verified or fulfilled due to inventory availability, payment issues, or other operational circumstances.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We partner with reputable carriers to deliver your order. The available shipping methods and associated rates will be displayed at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, package weight, and dimensions.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and Mexico. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or freight forwarding addresses.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, a confirmation email containing your tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow time for tracking information to be updated by the carrier.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped to Canada and Mexico, customs duties, import taxes, and applicable fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authority and are not included in the order total or shipping fees collected at checkout.
Undeliverable Packages
In the event that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
